The object of this long weekend will be to develop the skills, knowledge and practise of participants thereby enhancing and enriching future events.

- discussion of the various styles of teaching including the technics currently used to teach music and dance
- story creation involving audience participation and musical accompaniment
- cooking for crowds
a culinery course led by an experienced chef will offer the opportunity to participants to be involved in the preparation of the menu for the day. Bread and cake making workshops will form part of this course on food preparation, cooking and presentation.
