HvH has always meant Hartington Village Hop, much loved by many of us – it has been running since 1998, so that makes it a nice, round 14 years old. (Some of the regular musicians and dancers were not even born then).
And on its 15th occasion it is taking an explorative holiday; to Hathersage, up the road, in the dark peak area..
Lovers of Hartington, please don’t panic. The village hall is booked for September 2013 already (just to make sure I booked it for 2 successive weekends in case clashes develop), and there we will return. Maybe we’ll take another holiday in another 15 years’ time
