Full festival price
- including food, accommodation in the castle, access to workshops, concerts and bals £185
- including food, camping, access to workshops, concerts and bals £150
- including food, no accommodation, access to workshops, concerts and bals £130
Itemised prices
The itemised prices below are for participants who have not taken advantage of the full festival all inclusive prices given above.
Full Day Rate
- Day rate £25 (£ 12.5 day up until 6pm + £ 12.5 evenings after 6pm)
This includes access to all workshops
Meals - Vegetarian food
- breakfast £3
- lunch £4.50
- dinner £7.50
- Free tea, coffee, spring water, cakes & midnight nibbles
Accommodation
- Castle £15 pppn
- Camping in the castle grounds £5 pppn
- For participants wishing to arrange their own accommodation
We have arranged for the weather to be extra-specially warm and sunny !

Don't leave it too late to book your B&B as this is also the week of the Hay on Wye book festival.
Children - free festival activities
- under the age of 7 - no charge
- between the ages of 7-12 half price food and full price accommodation.
- between the ages of 12-18 full price food and accommodation.
These allowances relate to one child to one adult.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times
