Winter Festival 2009
Bookings
There is no booking form to fill in. If you intend to participate in the festival then please let us know.
You can either send an email to Pat Lindop at patlindop@hotmail.com - reference : Winter Festival - or send a letter with your deposit cheque to Sue Averis, Bridge Cottage, Forden, Powys, SY21 8NR.
A £50 booking deposit will secure your place - please pay the balance by the 1st February 2009.
If you need confirmation of your booking enclose a stamped addressed envelope, unless you booked by email in which case you will receive confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive confirmation it means we have not received your mail.
Full refund on all cancellations made before the 1st February.
Foreign participants
Please send a cheque to confirm your booking, which will be held until we receive your full payment in cash at the festival.
